The Art of Being Present

Time to breathe deeply, move gently, laugh often, and rediscover the joy of simply being.
Join me for an intimate retreat where coastal mornings begin with yoga, afternoons invite adventure or rest, and evenings gather us around beautiful meals and meaningful conversation.
With only 7-10 guests, this retreat is intentionally small, allowing plenty of space for connection, quiet, and personal attention.
This retreat isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming home to yourself
Time for you to step away from the constant demands of everyday life and into a rhythm that invites you to slow down.
There will be yoga.
There will be meaningful conversations.
There will be incredible food prepared with care.
There will be time to wander, to laugh, to rest, to reflect, to watch for dolphins at sunset, and maybe even to do absolutely nothing.
Because sometimes that’s exactly what our souls need.
Your retreat includes:
• Four nights in a beautiful private beach home on Tybee Island
• Daily yoga and mindfulness practices
• Morning coffee and self-serve breakfasts
• Chef-prepared meals
• An ocean excursion
• A guided day exploring historic Savannah
• A special guest wellness experience
• Plenty of free time to enjoy the beach, read, shop, nap, or simply breathe.
This retreat is for women who are longing for…
• a slower pace
• nourishing movement
• meaningful conversation
• beautiful surroundings
• time to think
• permission to rest
• a reminder that joy doesn’t have to be earned
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need retreat experience.
You don’t need to know anyone else attending.
You simply need to arrive exactly as you are.
We’ll gather in a beautifully appointed beach home on Tybee Island, just steps from the ocean.
Our home has been chosen intentionally. Comfortable gathering spaces. Beautiful bedrooms. Quiet corners for morning coffee and creative reflection. Plenty of room to be together and plenty of room to sneak away with a good book.
An intimate setting for introspection with plenty of space for community.
Because the setting matters.

While I have always enjoyed Lori as my restorative yoga teacher, getting to know her
and the other ladies on the yoga retreat was truly an enriching and enjoyable experience.
I not only learned more about myself, but I was delighted to make some new friends in the process.
The retreat was truly the perfect balance of activities, good food, relaxing down-time and yoga.
Lori is truly gifted with the ability to put people at ease and make
them feel cared for and loved. I will definitely be attending another retreat of hers!

I had been lurking Lori’s Facebook posts about her fall yoga retreat for a couple of months—wishing I could go. I stepped out of my comfy zone, and signed up for the last spot in June 2021. Turns out this was one of the best things I have done for myself in a loong time. Lori is a gifted, intuitive yoga teacher who easily blended all our (9 women) abilities into a yoga experience that was challenging yet left all the room for us to be kind and gentle with ourselves. I had never done yoga 6 days in a row! I learned not only can I do that, but I deeply enjoy it! I did add on the VIP Day which was amazing and was lucky to have a private lesson my first morning—if you have a chance to add on a VIP day-- DO IT, the yoga was just part of a whole fabulous experience. I left the retreat refreshed and with a profound appreciation for not only the other women who attended (7 of which I just met on retreat) but also for myself--for trying new things, giving myself permission to just be and allowing myself to be pampered. I will be doing this again, no doubt about it. Lori is a treasure.
